Kelly, Amanda, and the EWL team invite you to join us for our Spring Food First Fasting Mimicking Program!

Fasting Mimicking is a cleanse for your body using food to promote health and healing.  This strategic diet plan allows you to fast for 5 consecutive days while consuming whole foods in support of detoxification, cellular regeneration, and rejuvenation from the inside out!
Why use Fasting Mimicking as a tool? To feel better, balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, support autophagy, improve metabolism, maintain healthy weight, and to achieve optimal health!
What’s the plan?
Email to register by 12pm on 5/7
-A recording of our Fasting Mimicking Kick-Off Class will be emailed to you by 5/10
-We encourage you to begin your 5-day program on Monday, 5/13, however, you can use this tool any time you’d like
-LIVE group check-in class via Zoom, 5/15 @ 8am
-A recording of our Day 6 and Beyond Class will be emailed to you on 5/17
How to join:
This program is free for EWL VIP Members! All you need is your multivitamin, protein powder, and MCT oil
-Guests are welcome to join for $197, which includes, education, meal plan, and supplementation
