April is Stress Awareness Month at Enhanced Wellness Living!  Kelly & the team wanted to share some tips with you on reducing stress, remaining calm, and living life well!

*Begin each day with gratitude for something positive in your life
*Get plenty of sunlight and time outdoors.
*Get exercise. Go on walks or bike rides
*Connect with nature by planting a garden or working in your yard
*Practice yoga, meditation, and/or deep breathing
*Take time for yourself to be alone without distractions.
*Take baths, read a book, watch the sunrise/sunset
*Read–check out Kelly’s Recommended Reads!
*Journal
*Pray
*Nap
*Listen to light/uplifting music
*Try new recipes-eat the rainbow! Juicing/Smoothies
*Avoid digital stressors–commit to a minimum of 2 hours a day without screens.  It is good to be connected and check in, but don’t be consumed by this
*Smile!  Find joy in the small things and celebrate little victories
