Grocery Store Tour
Follow Branch through the grocery store! This is where the patient will learn how to read labels, find foods that are helpful and not harmful!
Juicing is a great way to get in a lot of nutrients at one time. Branch will teach the EWL patient how to make the perfect morning juice.
Paul will have our EWL Patient improving body composition by losing fat and gaining muscle during group exercise and one-on-one training.
Step by step, Branch will walk the patient through the smoothie-making process! Smoothies are an easy way to get in needed nutrients, and really tasty too!!
Hormones all over the map? Here the patient will learn about all of their hormones, and how they are supposed to all work together to improve quality of life!

What’s bugging you? Our EWL Patient will learn about daily stressors and how to have a more peaceful way of life.
The InBody moves the conversation away from “weight loss” to body composition (fat loss & muscle gain).
